Itqan Terms and Conditions
- Itqan guarantees all services provided by us for 7 days from the date of receiving the service.
- The warranty for sold devices includes a 14-day replacement period and 11 months (for all Chinese devices) and 18 months (for all Malaysian devices). The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include misuse.
- The warranty is void if the devices are placed in environmental conditions that violate the operating requirements, such as excessive dust, high electricity, rain, or other conditions that do not comply with the device's operational standards (except for devices specifically designed to withstand such conditions, like outdoor cameras).
- The warranty does not cover adapters, cables, or technician travel to the client’s location.
- Phone technical support is available daily from Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM only, and can be reached at: 0226706193.
- The client is responsible for providing an electricity point and all necessary tools for installation, such as a ladder if the installation is in a high place, and other support items required to complete the installation correctly.
- The installation does not include concealing cables or using tools to hide cables, such as ducts and flexible conduits. The client can request these during the contract process so they can be added to the installation quotation.
- The technician is required to test all sold devices before handing them over to the client to ensure they are fully functional.
- The client is fully responsible for the safety of the devices after receiving them. The warranty covers replacement within the first 14 days from the date of purchase, followed by maintenance throughout the warranty period, provided that the devices are kept in good condition. Returns are accepted as long as the original packaging and bags are preserved to return the product in its original condition, as if it were brand new—this is a requirement of the Consumer Protection Law to ensure the return of the sold product.
