Terms & Conditions

• ITQAN guarantees all services provided through us for 7 days from the date the service is received.
• Warranty on sold devices: 14 days for replacement, then 11 months (for all Chinese devices) or 18 months (for all Malaysian devices). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not misuse.
• Warranty is void if devices are used in environmental conditions that violate operating requirements, such as heavy dust, high voltage, rain, or other conditions that conflict with the device specifications (except devices originally designed for such conditions, such as outdoor cameras).
• Warranty does not include adapters, connections/cables, or engineer visits to the customer premises.
• Telephone technical support is available daily from Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM only. Call: 0226706193.
• The customer must provide a power outlet and everything required to complete the installation, such as a ladder when work is done at height, and any other supporting supplies needed for proper installation.
• Standard installations do not include cable concealment or auxiliary hiding methods such as ducting and flexible conduit. The customer may request these during contracting so they can be added to the installation quote.
• The technical engineer must test all sold devices before customer handover to confirm they operate at full efficiency.
• The customer is fully responsible for device safety after acceptance. Warranty includes replacement within the first fourteen days from purchase, and maintenance for the remainder of the warranty period, provided devices are kept in good condition. Returns require preserving the original box and packaging so the product can be restored to its original condition as if brand new — a requirement under consumer protection law for product returns.
